Contendoor

Delete your data

Last updated October 12, 2026

Contendoor is owned by Helping Patient and Pharmacist Inc.

These steps delete the data Contendoor holds about a connected account on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, or YouTube. Each one deletes the account's access token, profile details (such as name, username, picture, and follower count), the stored information about its posts and every performance number, and cancels posts still scheduled to it. Posts already published on that platform stay there; delete those in the platform's own app.

1. Disconnect it in Contendoor

  1. Sign in at contendoor.com and open Publish, then Accounts.
  2. Next to the account, open the ⋯ menu and choose Disconnect.

The data is deleted right away.

2. Remove Contendoor on the platform

Contendoor stops using the account's access right away. If that platform also tells us you asked for the data to be deleted, we delete it right away.

3. Ask us

Email support@contendoor.com or use the contact form, with the account's username or Page name and which platform it is, from your Contendoor account's email address if you have one. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
