Terms of service

Last updated October 12, 2026

Contendoor is owned by Helping Patient and Pharmacist Inc.

These terms cover your use of Contendoor (contendoor.com, "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Contendoor you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you use Contendoor for a business or other organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

1. What Contendoor does

Contendoor lets teams store photos, videos and notes, plan content, and schedule and publish posts to the accounts they connect: Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube (including YouTube Shorts). Where a platform provides them, teams can also see how those posts perform. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload, write or publish. You give us permission to store, process and display it to your workspace, and to send it to the accounts you choose, only to run Contendoor for you. We never use it to train AI models or for anything else. You confirm you have the rights needed for the content you upload and publish.

4. Connected accounts

This covers every account a team connects: Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube (including YouTube Shorts).

5. Acceptable use

6. AI features

Transcripts, caption ideas and other suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review them before you publish.

7. Price

Contendoor is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and you can choose not to continue.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Contendoor, disconnect accounts and delete your content at any time; see how to delete your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put Contendoor or other people at risk, and will tell you why when we can.

9. Disclaimers

Contendoor is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you should keep your own copies of important files.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell workspace owners in Contendoor or by email first. Using Contendoor after the change means you accept the new terms.
