Privacy policy

Contendoor is owned and operated by HELPING PATIENT AND PHARMACIST INC. PRATIK DALWADI, the corporation’s sole director, develops and maintains the ChatGPT integration.
Contendoor (contendoor.com) is a workspace where teams store their photos, videos and notes, plan content, and publish it to accounts they connect: Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube (including YouTube Shorts). This policy explains what Contendoor ("we", "us") collects, why, who can see it, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@contendoor.com or the contact form.
In short: we collect and keep only what's needed to provide Contendoor to you, and delete it once it isn't. We never use your data to train AI models, never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never touch it for anything beyond running Contendoor for you.
1. What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address, a hashed version of your password, your workspace's name and your role in it.
- What your team adds: files, folders, notes, comments, tasks, ideas, brand context, saved draft captions and scheduled posts.
- Technical data: a cookie that keeps you signed in, the activity history inside your workspace, and standard request logs (such as IP address and browser) that our hosting provider keeps for a few days for security. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
-
Instagram data, only when someone on your team connects an Instagram professional account with Instagram's login and approves access:
- Profile: the account's Instagram user ID, username, name, account type, profile picture and follower count.
- Posts: for posts on the connected account, their IDs, type, captions, links, thumbnails and publish times.
- Insights: numbers such as views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time, profile visits and follows, for each post and for the account. We store the counts only; we don't read the text of comments or any messages.
- An access token that lets Contendoor publish the posts your team schedules and read the data above. It's stored encrypted.
-
Facebook Pages, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube (including YouTube Shorts), only when someone on your team connects one and approves
access:
- Profile: the account or Page id, name, username, and picture, when that platform provides them. Facebook publishing is to Pages, not personal profiles.
- The posts your team publishes through Contendoor: their ids, captions, links, and publish times. Where a platform returns performance numbers, we store the counts only. We don't read private messages, direct messages, or the text of comments.
- An access token that lets Contendoor publish the posts your team schedules. It's stored encrypted. Disconnecting the account deletes that token.
2. How we use it
- To publish the posts your team creates and schedules, to the accounts your team picks, at the time your team sets.
- To show your team how its posts and accounts perform.
- To run and secure Contendoor: sign-in, search, previews, notifications, the activity history, and preventing abuse.
- To contact you about your account or important changes to Contendoor.
That's all. Contendoor never posts anything your team didn't create and schedule. We never use your content or data from a connected account to train AI models, never sell your information, never use it for advertising, and don't share it with anyone outside your workspace except the service providers below. Data received from Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, or YouTube is used only to publish and to show your team its own posts. Files added to Raw may automatically be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate labels, summaries and supported speech transcripts. Your team can also request analysis, idea generation and draft generation. Contendoor may generate a daily batch of idea suggestions from the workspace’s Brand profile, supplied sources and existing content concepts. When someone turns a note into a site layout, that note's text is sent to Anthropic or OpenAI to produce the layout, and isn't used to train models.
Connected AI apps
When you connect ChatGPT or another AI app through OAuth, that app can read and change the content in your workspace using the tools available to your account. Tool results can include requested files or file text, note contents, tasks, comments, ideas, brand context, production stages and workspace activity, including names and timestamps when relevant. Signed download links grant temporary access to the selected files; anyone holding a valid link can access that file until the link expires or the file is removed. The connected app processes information it receives under its own terms and privacy policy. Contendoor records agent actions in your workspace activity history. Disconnect the app in Settings → Agents to revoke its future access; this does not itself delete information already received by that app.
The current ChatGPT integration does not publish or schedule social posts or retrieve social-post analytics. Those capabilities in the Contendoor website are separate from this integration.
3. Who can see it
- The members of your workspace, who see its content, connected accounts and numbers.
- OpenAI or another AI-app provider, when you connect that app and request access to your workspace content as described above.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts Contendoor and stores its data, and runs Contendoor's AI features (like transcripts and caption ideas) on the files your team chooses, through Cloudflare Workers AI.
- Meta Platforms, Inc., whose Instagram, Facebook, and Threads APIs carry the posts your team publishes to those accounts and return the profile and, for Instagram, posts and insights.
- TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Google (YouTube and YouTube Shorts), when a team member connects one of those accounts, to carry the posts your team publishes there.
- Anthropic and OpenAI, only when someone on the team runs an AI action that needs them, such as turning a note into a site layout.
- Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people using Contendoor.
- A successor, if Contendoor is merged or acquired; this policy keeps applying to your information.
4. How long we keep it
Only as long as it's needed to provide Contendoor to you:
- Your account and your team's content stay until your team deletes them. Deleted files stay in the trash for 30 days, then are removed for good.
- Data from a connected social account stays while that account is connected. Where a platform gives us performance numbers, we refresh them while it stays connected.
- Disconnecting an account in Contendoor deletes its access token, profile details and every number we stored about it right away, and cancels posts still scheduled to it. That applies to Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- If you remove Contendoor in that platform's settings, we stop using the account's access right away. If the platform also tells us you asked for the data to be deleted, we delete it right away.
- Access tokens expire on the schedule that platform sets. We renew them only while the account stays connected.
5. Your choices and rights
- You can view, change and delete most of your information inside Contendoor.
- For anything else (a copy of your data, a correction, or deleting your account), email support@contendoor.com from your account's email address. We reply within 30 days.
- See how to delete your data for every way to remove a connected account's data.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your data protection authority. We process your information to provide the service you signed up for, to keep it secure, and, for a connected account, with the consent you give when connecting, which you can withdraw at any time by disconnecting.
6. Security
Contendoor uses HTTPS everywhere, stores access tokens encrypted and passwords hashed, and keeps each workspace's data separate. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away at support@contendoor.com if you think your account was misused.
7. Where it's processed
Cloudflare runs a global network, so your information may be processed in countries other than yours, with the protections described here.
8. Children
Contendoor isn't meant for children under 13 (under 16 in the EU and UK), and we don't knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell workspace owners in Contendoor or by email first.
